I don't know what am I feeling exactly. Or, to be more precise (as I always like to be), I don't think I'm able to describe how I feel properly. So here are some words/feelings that have been wandering in my head recently;
Understanding ... Control ... Pressure ... Stress ... Tolerance ... Support ... Choice ... Independence ...

Do you think getting married is that easy!! Trying to pass safely through the abyss of tradition and parental control. Claims of inexperience hover over you as u're trying to remain equidistant between the ones you love. Helping people in one's own way is not helpful. You have to help them in their own way. Relay this message to the "experienced ones" and may be then they would understand that instead of pressurizing and controling, they should be proud of raising a man who is willing to stand for what he wants and believes and who is not afraid to risk, fail and learn from his mistakes. We have been unconciously nurtured dependence in the name of love. If there is a side you have to take than it is your own. Take decisions that affect you alone based on your own convictions not anyone else's. Do not cede to any form of blackmail be it emotional or material. If anyone wants to help you than it has to be along your own terms, other than that it would not be help. Getting away is not the solution.
